📑 Terms and Conditions – ProClean Solutions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of cleaning services offered by ProClean Solutions in Ireland. By contracting our services, you agree to the conditions described below.
2. Services
Cleaning services will be provided as previously agreed (homes, offices, commercial premises, etc.). Any additional services must be requested in advance and may incur an additional charge. ProClean Solutions reserves the right to refuse services in cases of risk to staff safety or unsuitable conditions.
3. Reservations and Cancellations
To confirm any service, a payment of €20 is required per reservation made. This payment will be deducted from the final price of the service. In the event of cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, the €20 payment will not be refunded. If the client fails to show up or grant access to the property on the agreed date and time, the full charge for the reserved service will apply.
4. Access to the Property
The client is responsible for ensuring secure access to the property on the agreed date and time. ProClean Solutions staff is not responsible for improperly shared keys, codes, or access.
5. Payments
In addition to the €20 reservation fee, the remaining balance of the service must be paid at the time of service or as agreed upon in the contract. We accept cash, transfer, or card (as applicable). Prices may be subject to change with prior notice.
6. Liability
ProClean Solutions has trained and insured personnel to provide the service. We are not responsible for valuables that have not been previously secured by the client. In the event of damage caused by our staff, this must be reported within 24 hours of the service being provided.
7. Health and Safety
We use safe and, where possible, environmentally friendly cleaning products. The client must inform us of any special conditions (allergies, delicate surfaces, fragile materials, etc.).
8. Modifications to the Terms
ProClean Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be available on our website.
